Yoga and dance both have tremendous positive benefits on the physical body, but also mental and emotional health. The benefits for children are the same as adults; Reduced stress and anxiety, better coping abilities, improved impulse control, and increased strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. Yoga and dance help fight some of our country's leading childhood health issues including obesity, depression, and ADHD. Our hope is that if we teach children these skills from a young age, we have a shot at shaping a more positive, resilient and compassionate future generation. Grace and Zen is on a mission to bring the benefits of yoga and dance to as many children as possible through our licensing opportunities for schools and motivated individuals.
